  • YouTube’s subscription TV service, Youtube TV, which is set to compete with similar offerings from DirecTV Now, Sling TV, Playstation Vue, and Hulu, will come to market at $35/month with over 40 channels.  The service will launch within the next few months.  – source:Deadline

  • Unit Zero, has been put into production by ABC.  The Toni Collette (The United States of Tara) lead Action Dramedy is about CIA office workers lead into the field by a brilliant CIA Engineer.  Also picked up by ABC was Salamander, which follows the investigation of a mysterious Bank Robber who has stolen the safety deposit boxes of 66 elite citizens for the purpose of blackmail.  Salamander is base don the Belgian series of the same name. – source: Deadline
  • CBS has ordered a pilot for Real Life, a new comedy from How I met Your Mother Writer Hilary Winston.  Real Life explores the relationship between 2 co-workers who go from conferencing their work from different coasts, to working in the same office. – source: Variety
